Standard Terms and Conditions

We are not able to refund any money for missed classes. There are no refunds or credits for the following term if you miss a class. Credits will only be considered if a child/carer comes down with a significant illness and cannot attend the group for a considerable time. In this instance, a doctor’s certificate will be required.

You will not be able to turn up to a class you haven’t booked into due to our desire to keep numbers low.

You can pay for the term up front or you can pay weekly. If you choose to pay upfront you will be considered booked in for the entire term. If you decide to pay weekly you need to notifiy us the day before the lesson.

We prefer payments to be made via EFT or in cash. Credit card payment via PayPal can be made. Due to covid restrictions. NB: we prefer payment by online transfers if possible (bank details will be provided on your invoice).

You can join a group at any time during the term and will be charged a pro-rata fee for the remaining lessons if you wish to pay up front. This fee will be calculated for you when you register.

All places are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, go on a holiday, return to work, or are otherwise unable to attend your sessions. When you make a Term Booking we hold your place for the whole term. If you know you will be travelling or returning to work, we offer casual, pay-as-you-go rates if spaces are available.
